Tokyo Treasure Store Shipping Policy
Order Processing
For orders designated as 'Ship Now,' we will initiate the shipping process immediately.

Separate Shipments
Due to differing warehouse locations for each product, orders are shipped individually. Combining shipments for multiple orders is not possible.

Shipping Methods
After confirming your order, we will ship it within one week from our company. The delivery will be handled by Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. The estimated delivery time is approximately 6 to 10 days. However, there may be delays due to content inspection or aircraft delays. Please refer to the table below for shipping costs.

Package Size Limitations
There may be restrictions on the dimensions of packages we can ship. These restrictions could be due to your local postal services' regulations or the impracticality of shipping large items together. In such scenarios, we may need to split your order into multiple packages. We reserve the right to ship orders in more than one package when necessary.

Delivery Completion and Liability
Delivery of a package is considered complete once it reaches the address specified in your Tokyo Treasure Store account. Tokyo Treasure Store cannot be held responsible for any issues with a package or its contents after it has been delivered to the provided shipping address.
